Fix ManyChat Messenger Automations

My Messenger flows in ManyChat are 75 % reliable, but that remaining 25 % is costing leads. The problems show up almost exclusively on Facebook Messenger—Instagram behaves much better—yet both channels run off the same set of automations. What I see: certain sequences never fire and, when they do, replies can lag minutes behind the trigger. I have not touched the flows or settings recently, so something deeper is off.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Audit every Messenger-facing trigger, rule, and time delay—keywords, JSON growth tools, external requests, the lot—until we can pinpoint why some messages never send or arrive late.
• Apply the fixes directly in ManyChat, whether that means cleaning up conditions, re-authorising the Facebook page, optimising API calls, or refactoring the flow logic.
• Replicate the fix on the Instagram side so both channels stay in sync.
• Stress-test the final setup with live users and hand me a brief video or doc that shows the working flows plus any settings I should keep an eye on.
