Zalando Seller Account Setup & Onboarding Support (Fashion E-commerce)

Description:
I’m looking for a freelancer with experience in Zalando Partner Program onboarding to help register and set up my fashion brand (starting with socks) on Zalando’s marketplace. The freelancer will be responsible for guiding the process from application to initial product listing.

Tasks:
Apply to the Zalando Partner Program on my behalf

Ensure all business and product requirements are met

Communicate with Zalando’s onboarding team if needed

Assist in signing the commercial agreement

Set up the seller account in the Zdirect portal

Assist with integration setup (API, Tradebyte, or another middleware)

Requirements:
Proven experience onboarding sellers to Zalando.de or other Zalando marketplaces

Knowledge of Zalando’s Zdirect portal and product listing process

Familiarity with CSV product uploads and basic fashion e-commerce requirements

English or German proficiency (for Zalando communication)

Attention to detail and ability to follow structured brand guidelines

Optional (Bonus):
Experience with Zalando Fulfillment Solutions (ZFS)

Ability to help with ongoing product management or optimization later
