Excel Automation Data Entry Script

I have a recurring task that pulls rows from Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and feeds them into my system. Manually copying the data is no longer practical, so I’m looking for a reliable automated solution.

Here’s what I need:
• A script, macro, or tool that reads structured data directly from Excel files and posts it to the target location (database, CSV, or API endpoint—whichever you recommend after a quick review of my workflow).
• Error-handling and basic validation so empty cells or mismatched formats are flagged rather than silently skipped.
• A quick hand-off guide so I can run or edit the automation myself after delivery.

I’m not tied to any one approach; VBA, Python (pandas / openpyxl), or Power Query are all fine if they get the job done cleanly inside an Excel-centric pipeline. The key is that, once set up, I should be able to drop a new spreadsheet in and execute the process with a single click or command.
