EspoCRM Upgrade & Migration
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to jump from my long-standing EspoCRM 5.9.3 setup (with Advanced Pack 1.32.15 and several bespoke tweaks) to the latest stable release hosted on my virtual server. I will purchase the newest versions of Advanced Pack, Sales Pack, Project Management, Meeting Scheduler and Outlook Integration; what I need from you is the expert-level implementation work.
Core objectives
- Clean installation of the most recent EspoCRM build on my server.
- Deployment and activation of the five extensions listed above.
- Full data migration: roughly 4 000 opportunities, 10 000 cases, 1 000 accounts plus associated records.
- Discovery of every existing custom development or interface tweak in the legacy system and faithful reproduction in the new environment, with special attention to our current third-party integrations (these are mission-critical).
- Create and update some html templates
Acceptance criteria
• All data visible and searchable in the new instance with original relationships intact.
• Legacy integrations tested and confirmed operational.
• User forms, layouts and any custom code behaving exactly as before or improved.
• New system delivered ready for day-to-day use, backed by a concise migration report.
