Enterprise Salesforce Architecture Lead
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I am kicking off a global Salesforce programme and need a hands-on Technical Architect who can own the end-to-end architecture for two clouds—Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The strategic objective is crystal clear: radically improve our sales processes, with particular emphasis on lead management, opportunity tracking and sales forecasting.
The role goes far beyond drawing diagrams. You will define the technology strategy, translate business requirements into an extensible solution design, and steer multiple scrum teams through implementation. Expect to work with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integration tools and a mature CI/CD pipeline based on SFDX and Git. Data modelling, security design and performance tuning come with the territory, as does evangelising best practice to developers, admins and stakeholders spread across several time zones.
Deliverables
• Current-state analysis and target-state architecture, documented and visualised for executive and technical audiences
• Detailed solution designs for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features that support lead management, opportunity tracking and forecasting
• Integration blueprint covering ERP, marketing automation and telephony touchpoints, complete with API specifications and error-handling patterns
• DevOps pipeline definition with automated testing, code-quality gates and release governance
• Sprint-based architecture review reports and final sign-off package for our enterprise architecture board
Acceptance criteria: each deliverable must be reviewed and approved by the board, trace business requirements back to system capabilities, and be actionable by development teams without rework. If this challenge excites you, let’s talk timelines and start shaping the roadmap.
