ERP Backend & WhatsApp Support

Our MLM-driven platform runs on an admin panel that already talks to an ERP. The next phase centres on three intertwined needs:

• Tighten and extend user-management inside the backend—adding roles, permissions, activation flows and routine data hygiene without breaking existing logic.
• Keep the ERP handshake seamless. Any tweak you make in the panel must continue to sync customer hierarchies, inventory and billing data with the ERP in real time.
• Handle daily technical support through our dedicated WhatsApp line and the web panel, logging issues, resolving configuration questions and escalating only when code changes are required.

Core stack is PHP/Laravel with MySQL; the ERP exposes REST and webhook endpoints. Familiarity with typical MLM genealogy structures is a plus, but clean, well-documented code and clear, prompt communication matter even more.

Acceptance criteria: user-management updates deployed on staging, ERP sync verified with test data, and a one-week support log showing timely ticket closure.
