DocuSign-Ready Contract Forms Setup

I have two existing contracts in Word that I want turned into simple, fill-in-the-blank templates I can send by email. The recipient should be able to:

• Open the form from the email link.
• See a handful of fields I’ve pre-filled (company name, dates, etc.) while all other editable fields remain blank.
• Complete only the permitted fields—no full-document editing.
• Return the form so I can review it and, once approved, route it for final signature through DocuSign.

I need you to:

1. Convert each Word document into a web-based or cloud-hosted form that supports DocuSign.
2. Configure conditional or optional fields where required.
3. Provide clear instructions or a short walkthrough so I can repeat the process for future agreements.

This is a straightforward setup for just two documents to get me started; no complex integrations are expected. If the workflow runs smoothly, I’ll likely expand to additional templates later.
