Discord Music Bot That Doesn't Break Google TOS

As you know Groovy was recently removed from discord because it violated googles TOS with YouTube, I am looking for someone that is experienced with Discord API, no bs scripts, I need this done professionally with a way that doesn't violate TOS in any way, this bot must play from youtube, spotify, soundcloud, itunes, etc... If you can't get the APIS for it do not bother applying for this job post. This is a DISCORD music bot.
