Digital Storefront & Admin Dashboard
Budget: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 INR
I’m building a dedicated online shop for digital products and need a full-cycle solution that covers the public site, an intuitive admin area, and seamless multi-channel ordering.
The storefront must look modern, load fast, and deliver purchased files or keys instantly after payment. Customers should be able to check out either directly on the website or by messaging us on WhatsApp; both paths have to feed the same order pipeline so nothing slips through the cracks. All customer and order records have to land in a secure database I can query or export at any time.
Inside the admin panel I want clear sections for:
• Customer information – view, search, edit, export
• Order details – status changes, refunds, download-link reissues, tracking updates
On the marketing side I need Facebook Pixel embedded and tested across the full conversion flow so I can run precise ad campaigns. A 24/7 live-chat widget (Tawk.to, Intercom, or a similar tool—open to your suggestion) should sit on every page, and WhatsApp click-to-chat buttons must be easy to spot on mobile.
Operationally, order management and tracking management should allow me to:
• See new purchases in real time
• Update fulfilment status (delivered, awaiting payment, refunded, etc.)
• Send automated status notifications to customers by email or WhatsApp
Please build with clean, well-commented code and an architecture that lets me add new digital products without touching the backend. If you have a preferred tech stack (Laravel, Node/React, Django, Shopify Custom App, etc.) mention why it’s the best fit for a digital-only catalog.
