Digital Ecosystem Simplification & Integration

My tech stack has grown messy after being touched by several hands and I now want one lean, easy-to-run system. I’m using MailerLite, System.io, Hotmart, Hostinger, two stand-alone landing pages and my main website, but I suspect only a subset of these are truly necessary.

You will start with a full audit: map every tool, list overlap, and flag anything that can be dropped. From there we will define the ideal configuration, migrate every subscriber into one master list, and connect Hotmart product sales so purchases flow directly through my site without detours or manual exports.

Deliverables
• Written audit with keep/retire recommendations
• Step-by-step migration plan and execution of subscriber import into the chosen email platform
• Seamless Hotmart–website checkout integration, tested end-to-end
• Clean-up or deactivation of redundant accounts, landing pages and automations
• Final diagram and concise hand-off guide so I can manage the ecosystem myself

Please come prepared to work within MailerLite, System.io, Hostinger, and Hotmart APIs or native integrations, and to document every change you make. I’m looking for clear communication, zero data loss, and a result that saves me time—and subscription fees—going forward.
