Developer experienced in Azure service and Wix: 3 months project

We are in the process of building out a pilot related to community service and volunteering. The pilot involves a web application with Authentication features. Basically, we are looking for someone who is experienced in Auth0 protocol and Azure App service.
Requirement:
* Trigger an Azure API call from Wix to return data to a Wix webpage.
* Trigger a Wix API call from Azure that would execute an action in Wix.
