Develop PMI Eligibility Assessment App
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m looking for a developer who can take my nearly-finished back end and turn it into a polished, modern-and-clean web experience (desktop first).
The heavy lifting on data is done: a structured JSON store already matches every major mortgage servicer to the exact documents, phone numbers, and process quirks a borrower needs. I can also share a working Claude project that demonstrates the logic flow, so you’ll start with clear reference material rather than a blank page.
What I still need is the front-end and finishing glue:
• Mortgage-detail form that validates basic loan data on the fly
• Instant on-screen result that tells the user whether they can cancel PMI right now, or why not
• A short guided assessment for edge cases, walking the borrower through any extra questions needed
• Dynamic logic that pulls in the correct, servicer-specific instructions and shows the relevant fee or timeline
• Download library (PDFs, letters, checklists) served directly from the app
• Paywall / upgrade step: if the borrower qualifies, they pay to unlock the full toolset and document pack
Clean component-based code, clear state management, and straightforward deployment (React, Vue, or comparable framework—your call so long as it stays lightweight) are priorities. Please factor in responsive conventions so the interface resizes gracefully on tablets even though the primary target is desktop.
I’ll provide:
– Full JSON dataset
– Access to the Claude prototype and logic notes
– Brand guidelines (typography, colors, logo assets) so the look stays consistent with the parent site
You’ll deliver:
– Source code in a Git repo with sensible commit history
– Deployed, password-protected staging link for review
– Brief hand-off doc covering environment setup and how to extend the servicer database
Acceptance criteria will be a working eligibility flow from first input to paywall, plus accurate document retrieval per servicer. Let’s discuss any questions and your preferred stack so we can get this in borrowers’ hands quickly.
