Debugging & Stabilizing Fitness Automation System (Make.com + WATI / ManyChat + Node.js)

Job ID: 40060211

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

We have a nearly complete automation system built for a fitness business.
The system uses:

- Make.com (all flows + integrations)
- WATI for WhatsApp
- ManyChat for Instagram
- Node.js backend
- OpenAI Assistants API
- GymMaster API
- Google Sheets for storage

The system basically works, but it is not stable - there are recurring bugs, crashes, and inconsistencies that need to be fixed. We need a strong developer to take over, stabilise everything, and finish the remaining logic.

This is not a rebuild.
This is a takeover + bug fix + stabilisation project.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

- Audit all Make.com scenarios + modules
- Fix failing webhooks, filters, and Assistant calls
- Stop scenario crashes (400 errors, invalid events, story replies, etc.)
- Ensure the system always returns stable responses
- Finalise reminders + review follow-up logic in Make.com
- Sync GymMaster bookings reliably
- Improve error handling + filtering
- Migrate the Instagram flow from ManyChat → WATI
- Test everything end-to-end and deliver a stable production system

Goal: A clean, reliable automation system that never breaks.

Required Skills

You must have strong experience with:

- Make.com (advanced level) – routers, filters, webhooks, error handling
- WATI API + webhooks
- Node.js (modify existing backend logic, not rebuild)
- Debugging and repairing systems built by other developers
- API integrations & JSON troubleshooting
- Chatbot logic

Goal: complete stabilisation quickly and efficiently

To Apply - Answer These Questions

- What experience do you have with Make.com, specifically with routers, filters, and complex webhooks?

- Have you taken over systems built by other developers?

- Are you comfortable modifying a Node.js backend?

- Send examples of previous automation or integration work.

Notes

- We don't need a rebuild.
- We need someone who can debug, stabilise, and finish the system so it performs reliably under real user behaviour.

If you can take over and deliver quickly, we want to work with you.
