Debug & Finalize Custom WordPress Kundali System

need a custom WordPress-based Kundali generation system using an external astrology API (Prokerala).

A base system is already developed, but it requires proper debugging, correction, and completion.

Current internal issues to be fixed:

- User limit logic is not working correctly (should restrict to 5 uses per mobile)
- Admin access is not bypassing limits as expected
- Database insert is inconsistent / not saving properly in some cases
- Duplicate and conflicting logic present in code
- Code structure is not clean and needs proper organization

Scope of work:

1. Fix and stabilize API integration (token + chart generation)
2. Correct database insertion using $wpdb (all required fields must store properly)
3. Implement proper user control system:
- 5 free uses per mobile number
- Admin = unlimited access
- Test mode = bypass limit
4. Remove duplicate/conflicting logic and clean code structure
5. Implement validation and duplicate handling (DOB + TOB + City)
6. Add city → latitude/longitude conversion with error handling
7. Ensure smooth AJAX form submission and proper frontend response
8. Add proper error handling and logging

Important:
- This is a debugging + completion task (not a fresh build)
- Code must be clean, structured, and production-ready
- Developer must understand WordPress standards and API integration
