Scope of Work:
Build a fully functional Beta version with core features:
1. User onboarding & verification
2. Profile creation
3. Matching & swipe/discovery flow
4. Chat & basic notifications
5. Ensure cross-platform deployment on iOS and Android.
6. Set up scalable backend & APIs.
7. Deploy beta via TestFlight and Google Play Beta.
All UI designs and feature flows will be provided after the project is awarded.
