Data Fetch of XERO & simPRO

We need to develop dashboards using financial data managed by XERO and project data managed by simPRO (both are cloud-based software). There are many freelancers proficient in developing dashboards using CSV data format, but not native data in XERO & simPRO. There are others who use API integration to fetch the native data, but all freelancers who claim to have done it, wasted our time and fail to produce any results. There are costly solutions of using 3rd party software to do this conversion which obviously we are avoiding. We are looking for a proficient data software developer to fetch the data from these two software products and make them available in a format readable by POWERBI or Google Studio to develop the needed dashboard.
