What we will provide:
We will provide the successful applicant with a hosted , ready-to-deploy version of Suit CRM 8.6 that you will have full access to customize based on our customization requirements.
We will provide a PowerPoint presentation detailing the required features, custom modules, and automation workflows and other elements that we wish to add or customize.
Access to our team via Microsoft Teams and email
Clear scope of work with timelines and deliverables
What’s required
You will need to customize the suite CRM to our needs which will include:
Full CRM customization based on provided requirements
Integration with our mobile app, website, and backend databases
Development and configuration of API connections to key platforms:
Xero (accounting)
Microsoft 365 (email/calendar sync)
WhatsApp (client messaging)
DocuSign (digital contracts)
You’ll also be working alongside our developers to integrate the CRM with custom AI-powered chatbots, ensuring all communications are logged and linked to client records.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Expert-level experience with Suite CRM (ideally v8.6)
Proven background in Suite CRM customization, module development, and integration
Strong PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and API integration skills
Familiarity with mobile app/CRM integrations and AI chatbot frameworks (preferred)
Compensation & Availability:
The successful applicant will be paid a fee for the initial customizing of the CRM then the applicant will need to be on standby (at an agreed rate) for maintenance, future changes and future customizations.
Applicant Must speak English and be available during Australian business hours for scheduled video meetings and progress check-ins
