About Us:
SwissTech is a Ranchi-based IT and branding company working with the Government of Jharkhand. We are building an in-house digital communication platform for personalised WhatsApp video campaigns.

What We Need (3 Scripts):

Script 1 — Video Personaliser
- Take one base MP4 video as input
- Read a CSV file containing mobile numbers and recipient names
- Use FFmpeg to overlay each recipient's name/number as text on the video
- Output individual MP4 files named after each mobile number (e.g. 9876543210.mp4)
- Must handle batch processing of 50,000+ files efficiently

Script 2 — AWS S3 Uploader
- Upload all generated MP4 files to a specified AWS S3 bucket using boto3
- Auto-generate a dispatch CSV mapping each mobile number to its public S3/CloudFront URL
- Output format: number, url (exactly like a sample file we will share)

Script 3 — WhatsApp Sender
- Read the dispatch CSV
- Send each recipient their unique video URL via WhatsApp API (we will provide the API key — either official WABA or grey API)
- Log delivery status: sent, failed, pending
- Handle rate limiting and retries automatically

Tech Stack Required:
- Python 3.x
- FFmpeg (video processing)
- AWS boto3 (S3 upload)
- WhatsApp API integration (Gupshup / Interakt / WPPConnect / Baileys — any)
- Basic CSV handling and logging

Deliverables:
1. All 3 working Python scripts with clear comments
2. A README file explaining how to run each script (written for a non-technical person)
3. A working demo: process 10 sample numbers end-to-end before final payment
4. 15 days of post-delivery support for bugs
