Custom Online Payroll Software

I need a secure, browser-based solution that lets me run salaries and keep employment information in one place. The core features must include accurate payroll processing—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly runs—with automated benefit deductions and employer contributions applied before totals are exported.

QuickBooks is our accounting hub, so the platform has to exchange data with it seamlessly: employee profiles, chart-of-accounts mapping, and journal entries should flow in both directions without manual re-keying.

Right now I only manage full-time staff, but the database structure should be ready to add part-time or contractor tables later without refactoring the whole system.
