I need to Build an App where any doctor can create a profile ( name, specialty, years of experience, place of work, working hours, and the available time for visits or for receiving calls and the cost of each too)
The Work place (Hospital or Clinic) can also create a profile and add doctors in the same way.
The doctor has to specify the duration of the visit or the call (voice or video ) with maximum 5 min for the visit or the call or in person clinic visit.
It shouldn’t accept booking at any time rather than the time that specified by doctor
Then the pharmaceutical company can create a profile (name, products, and adding their employees and their assigned titles )
The team member should have an access separately that allows him/her to book a slot.
The employee can choose the required doctor and book a call with the doctor either voice, video or text chat)
Both doctor and pharmaceutical representative can upload photo, document, send a voice/video note, and share a screen (as in Zoom or WhatsApp).
Built a bottom for blocking and reporting.
No one can chat or call again after ending unless pay again.
Built End bottom with confirmation for both sides to ensure that both sides are agreed to end the slot.
The call or text should be integrated in the app (built in within the App).
You have to comply with the application publishing requirements and regulations of Apple and Google app stores.
Integrate a payment gateway (Mastercard, Visa, etc).
Send email notifications to the doctor and employee.
Add calendar integration to save the appointment.
Send SMS reminders before the appointment.
Generate a booking confirmation PDF and Invoice after payment.
The pharmaceutical company can purchase a bundles of minutes ( you can make 3 bundles 1000 visit costs 7500$, 2000 visits costs 14,000$ , 3000 visits costs 20,000$)
So, the cost of the call or visit should be automatically deducted once confirmed from both med rep and doctor.
Make it in English and Arabic language.
The verification process should done by phone number OTP
It should be used in different countries, so the country will be selected at the beginning of creating the profile.
All required sheets, invoices, and data to all admins.
Make an Intro 4-5 slides to help the users how to benefit by using the app.
Allow admin to make advertisements for all users.
