Custom QR Code with Cashback Integration

I'm looking for a custom QR code solution for our retail medical shop. The QR code should trigger a default action that collects the following information:

- Name
- Number
- Bill Number
- Bill Amount

Additionally, we need to send a percentage of the bill as cashback. A WhatsApp welcome message should also be triggered upon scanning the QR code.

Requirements:
