Crypto Trading Scanner Fix

I need a Python developer to fix and finalize a 3-module crypto trading scanner system built in Python. The system currently scans meme coins, uses OpenAI GPT for analysis, pulls token data via BirdEye or DexScreener, and sends high-conviction alerts to Discord. It's almost complete but throwing API and compatibility errors (OpenAI 1.0+, missing module imports, etc.).

Requirements:
- Fix API integration issues with OpenAI, BirdEye, and DexScreener
- Resolve authentication errors, data retrieval issues, and rate limiting problems
- Ensure compatibility and import missing modules
- Make the system stable, functional, and production-ready

You'll be working with 4 files:

pump_scout.py
- gpt_coin_analyst.py
- discord_notifier.py
- .env file

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in Python development
- Experience with API integration
- Familiarity with OpenAI, BirdEye, and DexScreener APIs
- Ability to resolve authentication errors and data retrieval issues

please just help me build this code I just cant get anything to work
