I need an automation-savvy partner to turn several internal business processes into smart, self-running Copilot Studio agents that are orchestrated through Make.com. The goal is for these agents to sit inside Microsoft Teams and Outlook—plus Copilot Studio’s own interface—and reliably carry out routine work, then escalate or hand off only when human judgement is truly needed.
Key objectives
• Configure Copilot Studio to guide each flow, tapping OpenAI or other LLM calls where conversational or generative responses improve outcomes.
• Build Make.com scenarios that connect Microsoft 365, external APIs, webhooks, and Dataverse so data moves cleanly end-to-end.
• Embed robust decision logic: the standout case is drafting Letters of Medical Necessity while respecting Dataverse parameters, with automated approvals, validation, and graceful error handling baked in.
• Keep everything transparent—name variables clearly, add inline comments, and provide a short walkthrough video or markdown so my team can maintain the solution.
Deliverables

2. Tested integrations with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and any external services we agree on.
