Convert Backtests for Delta Exchange

I need an experienced Python developer with algorithmic trading expertise to convert my backtested EMA-based trading strategy into a forward testing system for Delta Exchange cryptocurrency futures. The system must handle multi-timeframe analysis, maintain historical data for EMA calculations, provide real-time monitoring via terminal dashboard, and include a web dashboard for forward and live trading monitoring.

Project Scope
Convert existing backtest Python code to forward testing architecture

Integrate Delta Exchange REST API for live data streaming

Implement local paper trading mechanism (no real money)

Build multi-timeframe EMA calculation engine (5m, 15m, 1h, 4h, 1d)

Create historical data storage and management system

Develop real-time terminal dashboard using Rich library

Build web dashboard for monitoring forward and live trading activity

Generate comparable outputs to backtest for validation
