Conversational AI Developer Needed

I'm seeking an experienced conversational AI Developer to enhance our AI/IVR solutions. You will be working with Google Dialogflow and Omilia, and your role will involve:

- Extending functionality and integrating with other services using API calls
- Providing Agent Assist support
- Participating in an Agile environment

Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive experience with Google Dialogflow and Omilia
- Strong API integration skills
- Familiarity with contact center operations and customer service processes
- Experience in testing and quality assurance of AI/IVR solutions
- Adaptability to rapidly evolving AI concepts

Bonus points for experience with IBM Watson Assistant, Amazon Lex, Nuance Mix, or other NLU platforms.
