We are seeking an experienced developer to help connect our existing chatbots using webhooks, JSON, and external APIs to provide live data for ski resorts. The project involves integrating various data sources — including weather, lift status, event calendars, and pricing information — to deliver real-time, automated guest responses.
Our chatbots are built on BotsCrew — a flow-based, hybrid AI platform that supports both intent recognition and rule-driven automation, with strong webhook and JSON integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Integrate multiple APIs: Weather, Lift Status, Event Calendar, and Product/Pricing
Build automation logic to trigger real-time responses for guests (e.g. snow reports, event updates, lift conditions)
Use webhooks and JSON for live data integration
Extract structured data using JSONPath
Work within the BotsCrew platform to configure flows, atoms, and AI actions
Ideal Skills and Experience
Proven experience in API integration and automation workflows
Deep understanding of JSON, webhooks, and data parsing
Familiarity with chatbot platforms (especially BotsCrew)
Ability to build and troubleshoot structured flows and custom actions
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
