Comprehensive WHMCS Management & Development

I need a seasoned WHMCS specialist who can take full ownership of our platform—keeping it running smoothly today while shaping what it can do tomorrow. My hosting company relies on WHMCS for billing, provisioning, and client management, so every tweak you make directly affects our customer experience.
Your day-to-day will include routine management and maintenance, but the real focus is on development and automation. I’m particularly interested in:
• building and refining custom modules that extend core WHMCS functionality
• streamlining our billing workflows so invoices, reminders, and renewals fire automatically and accurately
• integrating third-party services (SSL vendors, domain registrars, payment gateways, monitoring tools, etc.) to create a seamless ecosystem for staff and clients alike
If you’ve already handled version upgrades, hook points, API integrations, and template overrides without downtime, you’ll fit right in. Clean, well-documented code is a must; I review commits and expect every change pushed to our Git repo with clear comments and rollback plans.
Deliverables are accepted once:
1. New features pass regression tests in our staging clone.
2. Automation tasks run for one full billing cycle error-free.
3. Documentation is updated so another developer can reproduce or extend your work.
