Complete Laravel Travel Booking Engine (Hotelbeds, TBO, Juniper + B2B Portal, CRM, Loyalty, WhatsApp Integration)

Project Overview

We are Cairo Code, the company behind Kemet Engine — a B2B and B2C travel booking engine similar to Otrams, Juniper, and Cangoroo.
We already have most of the backend logic completed in Laravel, and we have a ready frontend template (React/Laravel Blade) that only needs integration and feature completion.

We are looking for a team of experienced Laravel developers who have proven experience in travel booking systems and supplier API integrations (TBO, Hotelbeds, Juniper/Juniber, Flight APIs).

What We Need Completed

1. Supplier Integrations
• Finish Hotelbeds, TBO, Juniper (Juniber) integrations
• Add flight supplier API (e.g., TBO Flights or Amadeus)
• Handle mapping integration with GIATA and/or Vervotech for hotel & room mapping
• Manage supplier payment modes (on-confirm, on-voucher, on-checkin, on-checkout)

2. B2B Portal
• Separate B2B login with 2FA (Google Authenticator or email OTP)
• OTP verification required for booking and cancellation confirmation
• Dashboard for B2B partners to view bookings, wallet balance, commissions, and invoices

3. CRM + Loyalty Program
• Simple CRM module for agents and customers
• Loyalty points system for both B2B and B2C users
• VIP program management (tiers, benefits, auto-upgrade rules)

4. WhatsApp Integration
• Automated booking confirmation, cancellation alerts, and support chat through WhatsApp API (for both B2B and B2C users)

5. UI/Frontend Integration
• Integrate the existing frontend template with the backend APIs
• Ensure responsiveness and smooth booking workflow (search → select → confirm → voucher)
• Apply design and logic modifications for new modules

Required Expertise
• Laravel 9+ / PHP 8+ / MySQL / REST APIs
• Deep knowledge of Hotelbeds / TBO / Juniper APIs
• Familiarity with GIATA / Vervotech hotel & room mapping
• Experience building B2B & B2C travel booking systems
• Experience with JWT authentication, 2FA, and OTP flows
• Experience integrating WhatsApp Business API / Twilio / Meta Cloud API
• Solid understanding of supplier payment modes, booking statuses, cancellations, and voucher handling
• Experience with AWS or cloud deployment
