We offer businesses the opportunity to join our platform by simply submitting their essential business details via the provided link (https://www.exportersindia.com/register-business-online?joinfree=header). Once the details are submitted through the given link, a pop-up calendar will appear, allowing them to choose a preferred date for a product demonstration so that our agent can reach out to the client conveniently.
Lead Assignment:
Upon selecting a date, the demo request should be automatically assigned to one of our agents (who already has an active user account in our system/software).
Meeting Notifications:
Both the client and the assigned agent should receive a reminder notification 15 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting via WhatsApp and/or email.
Google Meet Integration & Transcription:
Once the meeting begins via Google Meet, the session should be recorded. The software should also transcribe the conversation from Hindi to English, and a summarized version of the discussion should be automatically stored in our existing CRM for future reference and follow-ups.
