CTM & Philips Hue Integration

I'm looking for a developer to integrate our Call Tracking Metrics (CTM) system with our Philips Hue smart light system. This integration should be able to alert us when a call has been on hold for more than 5 minutes by changing the color of the light to red.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with Call Tracking Metrics (CTM) system
- Proficient in smart home system integration, particularly with Philips Hue
- Strong programming skills to create this integration
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and ensure the system functions smoothly.
