CRM integration
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
We use two CRMs. Both have open API's. One is a specialist real estate CRM that pushes data to property portals such as realestate.com.au. The other is Copper CRM. We want Copper to be the main CRM we use and to mostly import/sync data from the other. But a two-way sync is still necessary.
So this job will be to setup a two-way-sync and integration between them. That is; when something is changed in either one, it is changed in the other. There are only a few key objects that need to sync; contacts, properties (known as "deals" in most CRMs) and notes. The other CRM has a good EDM (mass email) function built in that we'd prefer to incorporate into Copper if possible.
Don't bother asking what the "other" CRM is. For confidentiality purposes it will only be revealed to the winning bidder. If you ask what it is in your response, you're immediately eliminated as this will demonstrate that you can't follow simple instructions.
