CBE Birr & Telebirr Integration

I am adding Ethiopian mobile banking options to my platform and need a clean, well-documented integration for both CBE Birr and Telebirr. The module must let users:

• pay directly from their wallets
• transfer funds between accounts
• check current balances in real time

I have developer access to each provider’s API and will supply the keys once we start. Your task is to wire everything up, handle the callbacks, and return tidy JSON responses that my frontend team can consume. Please include basic error handling (time-outs, declined transactions, insufficient balance, etc.) and a short README so future developers know how to extend or maintain the code.

Acceptance is simple:
1. A brief demo showing successful payment, transfer, and balance inquiry on both services.
2. Source code pushed to my private Git repo with clear commit messages.
3. README covering setup, environment variables, and any third-party libraries used.
