I am looking for someone who can identify processes in my existing workflow system for 2 of my businesses that can be automated & improved - making my work more efficient!

I need guidance on how to build hyper efficient systems to make sure every part of both my businesses - from lead generation to client delivery–runs smoothly and seamlessly. As well as to have one digital workspace where I can supervise my team as my business involves a great deal of outsourcing.
