Build a Webpage for AI-Powered CV Improvement

I’m looking for a skilled developer to create a page on my website where users can upload or paste their CV, and then receive an AI-enhanced version.

Key Requirements:

A webpage where users can paste text or upload a CV (DOCX/PDF).

Integration with AI (e.g., OpenAI API, GPT, or similar) to improve and rewrite the CV in a professional format.

Option for the improved CV to be downloaded (Word/PDF) or emailed to the user.

Clean, user-friendly design that matches my website style.

Secure handling of uploaded CVs.
