Build a Responsive Website Connected to Streaming Database API

Looking to build a responsive website that allows users to find out what streaming service their show/movie is on. There are a couple different API's that are available out of the box which supply the relevant information. We already have a wireframe for how the website will look. Need someone to develop the wireframe and integrate the API so it is a functioning website
