Build a Make.com automation for Framer form → AI feedback → response page → survey
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have a Framer one-page site with a form that submits to a Make.com webhook.
The form sends:
role
question_id (e.g. "Q1")
answer
email
Task:
Set up a Make.com scenario that:
Receives the form submission via webhook.
Stores the submission in Google Sheets (one row per entry).
Sends role, question_id, and answer to OpenAI for analysis.
Stores the AI-generated feedback in the same Google Sheet row.
Emails the user a unique link to a Framer “response” page.
The link opens a Framer page populated with the AI-generated feedback. This feedback is custom styled in Framer (not a 1 block of text answer)
That feedback page includes a 2-question survey.
The survey responses are submitted and stored (linked to the original submission).
Requirements:
Use Make.com.
Use Google Sheets for storage.
Use OpenAI via Make.
No frontend design work required (Framer pages already exist).
No Typeform.
Clean, readable scenario(s).
Deliverables:
Working Make scenario(s).
Brief handover notes explaining:
how the response link works
how survey answers are stored
how to edit prompts and email copy
