Botbee Fashion Chatbot Setup

I need our fashion eCommerce store running on a fully configured Botbee chatbot that guides shoppers smoothly from first question to completed purchase. Your job is to design the conversational flows, build them inside Botbee, and connect the bot to every social channel we actively use so customers can reach us on their preferred platform without feeling they have switched tools.

Here is what success looks like to me:

• Flows: Clear, on-brand dialogues for browsing products, answering size or fabric questions, handling sales enquiries, and walking customers through order-status checks or returns.
• Integrations: Seamless hand-off between Botbee and Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM and any additional social channel we agree on, with webhooks or API calls properly configured to our Shopify-based store for live stock, pricing and order data.
• Tone & UX: Friendly fashion-savvy wording that reflects our brand voice, plus quick-reply buttons, image cards and product carousels to keep the experience visual.
• Testing & Handover: End-to-end tests covering common and edge cases, documentation of settings inside Botbee, and a short video or call showing my team how to adjust copy or add future campaign flows.
