Baselinker Setup With Otto & Shopify Base.com

I’m rolling out Baselinker to streamline my multi-channel sales and want someone who’s already fluent with the platform to get everything running smoothly.

Scope of work
• Complete the initial Baselinker setup and configuration from scratch, making sure all key modules are switched on and working.
• Connect my Otto marketplace account and fine-tune the connection rather than relying on the default template.
 – Custom product listing rules (titles, attributes, category mapping).
 – Tailored order-processing flow so statuses, shipping confirmations, and tracking push back to Otto exactly as they should.
 – Inventory-management tweaks that keep stock in perfect sync without over- or underselling.
• Link Baselinker to my existing Shopify store so product, order, and stock data flow both ways without manual touch-ups.

Acceptance criteria
– All integrations show as “connected” with no error logs for 48 hours.
– A test item listed via Baselinker appears on Otto with the customized data mapping applied.
– One test order from Otto lands in Baselinker, updates Shopify inventory correctly, and sends status updates back to the marketplace.
– Clear hand-over notes outlining where to adjust rules in future.
