Barcode Scanner Integration for Google Sheets

I need a Python-based solution to connect 6 barcode scanners to a PC for capturing Airway Bill (AWB) numbers during product packing. The data should be saved in Google Sheets with:

- Camera number
- AWB number (from barcode scanner)
- Timestamp

Requirements:
- Instant validation and flagging for duplicates (highlight on Google Sheet)
- Data validation for non-format entries (e.g., 13 digits)
- Audit trail (to be discussed)

Scanners will connect via a powered USB/Ethernet hub.
