Bar/Restaurant iPad POS Development with Square API

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a comprehensive iPad POS system for my bar/restaurant. The system must integrate with the Square API Terminal and should include the following functionalities:

Currently we use Square Restaurants,
This is all touch screen and used the square terminal.
I want it almost the same without the bloatware and extra things like
RFID Wristband login.
Nfc gift cards.
Nfc vip cards.

- Order processing
- Inventory management
- Employee management
- Gift card processing

The user interface should be feature-rich and detailed, catering to the complex needs of a busy bar/restaurant environment.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with iPad app development
- Proficiency in integrating APIs, especially Square
- Background in developing POS systems
- UI/UX design skills for creating detailed, user-friendly interfaces
- Experience in the bar/restaurant industry is a plus
