We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist to build a fully automated, white-labeled sales and lead-management ecosystem integrating Conversational AI, Voice Calling, Messaging, Email Automation, and CRM workflows.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI Voice platforms, workflow automation, API integrations, and multi-channel lead orchestration.

Project Scope

1. Unified Lead Management

* Build a centralized lead management hub
* Capture inbound leads from:

* Website forms
* B2B marketplaces
* Social media platforms
* Integrate via APIs and webhooks
* Automatically categorize and route leads

2. Voice AI Configuration

* Configure high-quality conversational AI voice agents
* Support regional accents and natural conversations
* Set up inbound and outbound calling
* Integrate with VOIP providers such as Twilio, Vonage, Exotel, etc.
* Implement automated call outcome tagging:

* Interested
* Busy
* No Answer
* Callback Requested
* Not Interested
* Use outcome tags to trigger conditional automation workflows

3. Omnichannel Automation Logic

* Automated fallback messaging if calls are unanswered
* Messaging support via WhatsApp/SMS
* Enable inbound message handling and AI-driven responses
* Allow users to request callbacks directly from chat/messages
* Build smart callback scheduling workflows
* Create monthly nurture sequences for cold or delayed leads

4. Email Automation

* Integrate email workflows for:

* Marketing outreach
* Lead qualification
* Follow-ups
* Automated responses
* Ensure synchronization with CRM lead stages

5. White-Labeled Dashboard

* Develop a custom white-labeled dashboard for internal sales teams
