AI Automation Engineer to Set Up Private AI Systems for Manufacturing & E-Commerce Business

Project Scope

You will be responsible for designing and implementing a complete AI automation ecosystem that connects our internal data and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrate Shopify, QuickBooks Online, GA4, Excel, and Report Pundit into one unified data flow.

Create automated weekly and monthly reports using AI summarization.

Build a private document-Q&A system trained on company documents, specs, and spreadsheets (LangChain / LlamaIndex).

Configure a local AI environment on a Dell Promax GB10 workstation for private use (Ollama, LM Studio, or Docker).

Develop a simple dashboard or web app (Streamlit, Power BI, or FastAPI) to display insights.

Document all systems for easy maintenance and future upgrades.

Technical Skills Required

Python (LangChain, Pandas, FastAPI, Streamlit)

LLM integration: GPT-4/5 API, Hugging Face, or local model deployment (Ollama, vLLM, LM Studio)

Automation tools: Zapier, Make, or Airbyte

API integration: Shopify, QuickBooks, Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets

Server setup: Docker, Ubuntu, or local Windows configuration

Bonus: Power BI / Data Studio experience for dashboards

Deliverables

Working private AI assistant that can summarize and query internal business data.

Automated monthly reporting pipeline (Shopify + QuickBooks + Excel).

Local or hybrid AI hosting environment (Dell Promax or VM).
