Automatic Email send

I am looking for a developer to automate the process of sending an email to a specific address whenever an invoice is approved in our internal system. The email should have a subject line that includes the PO number from the approved invoice. This email will be integrated into a system called Jim2.
Key Requirements:
- Automate email sending upon invoice approval in our custom-built application when status ' "Jim 2 - Successful"
- Extract the PO number from the approved invoice and include it in the email subject.
- Email is always sent to static email addresses
- The custom application is developed in JavaScript, so the solution must be implemented using this language.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and .NET framework, especially in automating tasks within custom applications
