I need an experienced Python developer to set up an automated stock trading system for me.

Project Requirements:
1. Set up and configure a Windows VPS on kamatera
2. Install and configure Skyvern (browser automation tool)
3. Integrate DeepSeek API for AI-powered trading decisions
4. Configure browser automation to work with my broker
5. Implement simple buy/sell logic based on percentage gains
6. Test the system thoroughly
7. Provide documentation on how to use and monitor the system

Trading Strategy:
- Slow trading (checking every 8 minutes)
- Few stocks (not high-frequency trading)
- Buy at target price, sell at X% gain and rebuy

Required Skills:
