Looking for Software Developer to Build Automated Real Estate Lead Generation System (Miami-Dade)

Description:
I’m looking for an experienced software developer (Python / Web Scraping / Data Processing) to build a complete automated system that will:
1. Connect to Property Appraiser, ePermits, and public data sources (Miami-Dade, Broward, etc.).
2. Collect property data (ownership, address, year built, permits, etc.).
3. Automatically filter according to criteria (roof age, year built, owner-occupied, equity %, last roof permits, etc.).
4. Export a ready-to-use CSV file with all required fields (formatted for dialers/CRM).
5. Integrate with Skip Tracing services via API (Melissa, BatchSkipTracing, DataTree, ATTOM) to append phones and emails.
6. Deduplicate records and check DNC/Phone Type.
7. Provide a user-friendly interface to select target areas, filter types, and record volume.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in Web Scraping (Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Playwright, etc.).
• Strong API Integration skills (Melissa, BatchSkipTracing, DataTree, ATTOM, etc.).
• Ability to develop a simple Web or Desktop UI.
• Compliance with TCPA/DNC regulations.
