Automated Candidate Sourcing Tool

I need a single platform that takes care of the heavy lifting in early-stage recruitment. The core of the build is a LinkedIn scraper that reliably captures contact information, work experience, education history, and any other publicly available profile details. From there, the tool should pull potential hires not only from LinkedIn profiles but also relevant job boards and professional networks, giving me one consolidated talent pool.

Once candidates are collected, I want to trigger personalised, automated messages straight from the system, and—if technically feasible—initiate voice calls so I can speak with high-priority prospects without switching apps. Everything should live in a clean dashboard where I can search, filter, tag, and export results.

• Outreach engine for scheduled or rules-based automated messages (email or LinkedIn)

• Well-documented code and setup instructions so I can run it on my own server or preferred cloud environment

I’ll test by running the scraper on a small batch of profiles and confirming that all requested data points import correctly, messages send as scheduled, and calls connect without issue.
