Automate TASI Trade Alerts

I'm looking for a Python developer to automate a trading signal system for the Saudi stock market (TASI).

Requirements:
- Integrate with TradingView for live market data
- Connect to WhatsApp via Twilio for trade alerts
- Schedule hourly scans (time zone management needed)

I'm using an existing script (Jackal Ultimate) with built-in logic.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with API integrations (TradingView, Twilio)
- Familiarity with financial markets and trading indicators
- Time zone management expertise

Arabic language skills are a plus but not required.
