Hi! I’m looking for an experienced developer in Make/Zapier, APIs (Google Maps/SerpAPI), OpenAI, and no-code integrations to build an MVP for local lead generation automation.
Goal
Create an automatic tool that, starting from a simple query entered in Google Sheets (e.g., “takeaway pizzeria milan”), returns a list of local businesses with an analysis of their online presence.
Required Features (MUST)
Simple Input: the user enters the query in a Google Sheets cell.
Trigger: Make/Zapier detects the new row (Watch Rows).
Data Sourcing: API query (SerpAPI or similar) → extract data from Google Maps.
Data to extract for each business:
Business name
Address
Phone number (if available)
Website link (if available)
Social media links (FB/IG/TikTok, if present)
Number of reviews and average Google rating
AI Analysis (OpenAI): prompt generates:
Summary judgment: Good / Average / Poor
Brief reason (1–2 lines)
Optional: score 0–100
Output: automatically saved in Google Sheets with columns:
Query | Business Name | Address | Phone | Website | Social | Reviews | AI Judgment | Reason | Timestamp
Error Handling: log in a dedicated sheet/column in case of errors or API limits.
README Tab: mini documentation on how to set up API keys and use the tool.
Optional Features (Nice to Have)
Contact enrichment with Hunter.io/Apollo (company emails only, GDPR-compliant).
CSV export / automatic download to Google Drive.
Dashboard in Airtable/Notion for advanced filtering.
Scheduled runs (weekly query execution).
Multi-query batch processing (process multiple rows at once).
Limit results (e.g., top 20 businesses per query).
Requirements
No-code (Make/Zapier) or low-code solution.
Clear documentation for setup and use.
Advice on scalability (API limits, SerpAPI/OpenAI costs, etc.).
