Automate Dynamics 365 Workflows

I need a suite of Microsoft Power Automate cloud flows that streamline three recurring jobs in Dynamics 365—data entry, report generation, and workflow approvals—across the Sales, Customer Service, and Finance modules. Each flow has to pull and push information reliably between Dynamics, our internal SQL databases, selected third-party apps via their APIs, and several Excel sheets stored in SharePoint.

Here is how I picture the end result:

• Data entry flow: watches for new records in the Excel intake sheet, validates content against our internal database, then creates or updates the matching entity in the relevant Dynamics module.
• Report flow: on a schedule, aggregates data from Dynamics and the external apps, compiles a summary in Excel, and emails a PDF to a specified distribution list.
• Approval flow: triggers when opportunities, cases, or invoices hit a defined status, routes them to the right approver, tracks responses, and updates the record automatically.

All flows must be built with standard connectors whenever possible, clearly named actions, and connection references so I can import them into another environment without re-mapping everything.

Acceptance criteria
1. Flows run end-to-end in my sandbox tenant with no errors.
2. Step-by-step deployment document (Markdown or Word).
3. Inline comments explaining any expressions or custom logic.
4. Short hand-off call or video walkthrough once testing passes.

I already have admin access to Dynamics 365 and the target data sources, so you will get temporary credentials for development. Looking forward to seeing how you can make these processes run themselves.
