Automate Clio Time Entries

I need a small workflow that watches my Gmail inbox for daily court notices and, as soon as one arrives, adds a corresponding time entry inside Clio. The script or integration has to read two specific pieces of data from the email body or subject line—Date and time, and the docket entry itself—then push those values into the correct Clio matter so the billing record is created instantly without manual input.
I already use Gmail and have an active Clio account with API access enabled. Everything must run automatically in near-real time; no batch jobs or manual button-presses. Preferably this could be accomplished via zapier--I've managed to get it working on my own, except that I can't get it to reliably find the correct matter.
Deliverables
• Fully configured automation that captures Date and time + docket entry from incoming court emails and creates the matching time entry in Clio.
• Clear mapping logic showing how the script identifies the correct matter in Clio.
• Short written hand-off: setup steps, API keys required, and how to adjust filters or field mappings in the future.
The job is complete when I can send myself a test court email and watch the time record appear in Clio with the right information, automatically.
